Campaign | Flyers: Add area #330

As an app user I want to be able to add a new area for flyers.

This function is new and not mentioned in the prototype and the Lastenheft. Therefore classified as "out of scrope".

Also, areas in general (also for doors) classified as "non-critical", because not as important as adding individual locations.

In light of the new election date for the German federal elections and current timeline, the priority for flyers (if time allows for development) is:

  1. flow for a new single location (address-bound) (#261), then
  2. flow for a flyer area (Bereich) via vector points (#330)
