Game mechanics - determine open questions as of Aug. 19 #27

[x] collect all open questions re: mechanics
[x] open another issue with all the open questions.

Then, each of us takes a few days to come up with 2 solutions to each problem, then we choose one of each and play the game with both proposed solutions

Open issues (mechanics):

Remove Influence
d6 to 1-3 or 1-4 dice w/ stickers
randomness as a mechanic - enough or too much?
scoring countries in which a player has more influence than others but not control
simulation of 3rd player
alternative scoring for end of game
