Need to update @digitalbazaar/ed25519-verification-key-2018 package, once https://github.com/digitalbazaar/ed25519-verification-key-2018/pull/19 is merged.

Closing since did-veres-one won't support 2018 type. Verification requests that use did:v1 will only be 2020 type.
