This depends on https://github.com/veres-one/did-veres-one/pull/15.

Addresses #17.

@mattcollier, I'd rather @dmitrizagidulin work on making that change across the whole lib than just this one function (if that's the direction we're headed). He's still working off that branch I merged into and I'd rather not blow it all up.
