BPMN2.0 to XPDL2.2 exporter doubles the activities within expanded sub-processes. #455

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Draw a BPMN2.0 process that contains an expanded sub-process.
2.Draw the activities inside the expanded sub-process.
3.Export to XPDL2.2

What is the expected output?
An XPDL 2.2. file that correctly describes the BP process.

What do you see instead?
A non compliant XPDL2.2 file (it contains the namespace for XPDL2.1) and the 
activities in the expanded sub-process  appear 2 times each.

Please provide any additional information below.
