Inconsistency of name windspeed in documentation and package #406

In the documentation (https://vergauwenthomas.github.io/MetObs_toolkit/template_mapping.html#toolkit-standards), the standard name for wind speed is listed as 'windspeed'. In the package itself, the standard name is 'wind_speed' (see added figure of list you get when making the template). Documentation needs to be updated to the right standard name 'wind_speed'.
