Setup_shell_commands add an incorrect path to the bashrc:

PYFY_BASH="/dodrio/scratch/users/vsc46032/.local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/pyfa/modules/bash_executor.sh"

While bash_executor.sh is located in ..../pyfa/bash_executor.sh
