Read a specific 2D (level) field #40

Whitelist (and blacklist) currently for 3D fields currently only work with Base-names. So selecting a specific model level of for example snow is currently not possible.

This requires some filtering in the R script (get_all_fields).

This requires R-script changes, so it might be good to fix #41 simultaneously.

@kobebryant432 are you familiar with R, and are able to take up this (and #41) ? If not, i can take up these issues.
