TODO and tocheck

[x] Make method to combine multiple 2D variables, of the same field, to a 3D variable
[x] After reprojecting, dimensions change to lat and lon. This results in errors if reproject is applied again
[x] test the combination methods for collection
[ ] test on surfex files
[ ] test CLI interface

Attempted to test sfx and CLI but failed (even with a normal file). See issue #65
