I tried something similar, whole balance, and got not enough funds/invalid fee. Just try balance-1 and it should go through. Not ideal, but a workaround.
2 days than try to resolve this problem and nothing, just why my wallet is stuck.. this is because i received a micro payout ? i am a miner principally.
i repost one screen for illustrate the problem.
ok i have resolve this bug !!!! my god.. for info i have pass the "transaction fee per kb" at 2 on the preférence menu, i have then create an address for sweep the principal private key we need to go on the wallet menu > private keys > sweep and enter the private key of your address primary (address containing your XVG bugued) and you select the address where you want to send. (sorry i have not a good english but i hope this will help you.)
This may also be a workaround for my own issue of not a being able to sweep keys. #18
If you need help i am here, this solution have worked for me
