General setup, x64 build, package setup and license #11

I consider importing some old activities and it is likely easier to use the 
debugger than to create supported .csv files. I therefore converted the format 
to my standard setup, as well as a few standard fixes:
* Paths are using standard windows variables, so no adjustment is needed for ST 
references for standard installations
* Possible to build on x64 systems
* Script to create .st3plugin when building
* ST2 compatibility (no major argument, but there may be some user out there). 
Commented out by default.
* "Profile" target, to use with Eqatec Profiler (no argument here though)
* Add License.txt file (previously missing)
* Updated guid in assembly.cs (probably not an issue)
