0.2lb is added to each lb weight #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  With a column heading of "weight (lb)", import a row containing a weight 
value of "209".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The value should appear in SportTracks as "209.0 lb", but instead is "209.2 lb".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.0.2 with SportTracks 3.0.3924

Please provide any additional information below.

SportTracks stores weight in kg. Changed conversion factor lb -> kg from 0.454 
to 0.4535885167

I think this is still broken if lb is put in heading instead of with each 
entry.  Looks like the fix for each entry was made to line 745, but line 760 
might need same change.
