Import of CSV file from GPS Master #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try importing the CSV file

No data is imported at all.

Technical problems:
- Header tokens are quoted
- unsupported tokens "heart rate" and altitude
- some longitude and latitude values are invalid ("---")

Fixed:
- Support quoted geader tokens 
- supported tokens "heart rate" and altitude
- Tolerate longitude and latitude entries with invalid values
