Date from "time" values ignored. #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import file that contains time column, but no date or datetime column. The 
values in the time column contain a correct date.

I would expect that the date of the time column values is used as the activity 
date. But in fact the file timestamp is used instead.

Fixed issue 6: When time column values contain a date, us it as activity date.
