Allow importing of CSV files from Lemond Power Pilot #9

The program does not completely import CSV files generated by the Lemond Power 
Pilot. It does not import distance data.

The distance field in the file is labelled 'DIST'. Manually editing the CSV and 
changing it to 'DISTANCE' results in the distance data being imported correctly.

Sample file produced by Power Pilot (metric units) attached.
