Enhancement: Move FB content Left - keeping the chat window to the right. #127

With FB's new chat window, smaller screens can't have the 'friends' list window 
full length (with out blocking the newsfeed) unless everything is made very 
small.  However, if the newsfeed and everything around it was shifted to the 
left (except the friends list of course) then it should have more than enough 
room...
