Toolbar position != fixed even though floating toolbar is on #186

Which Minimalist for Facebook option is causing the problem?

What is the problem? Describe completely:

MinFbook version        - 0.5.20
Chrome version          - 15.0.874.120
Chrome update channel   - auto update
Operating System        - W7 x64
Language                - English
Other Fbook extensions  - none

Floating Toolbar does not scroll, position != fixed, also a little margin could 
be added to the rest of the page so that the toolbar does not overlap the 
content
