Which Minimalist for Facebook option is causing the problem?
Floating toolbar and hide toolbar

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Extra margin at top of page, controls don't toggle back, just #blueBar

MinFbook version        - 0.5.2
Chrome version          - 12.0.712.0
Chrome update channel   - dev
Operating System        - win7
Language                - en
Other Fbook extensions  - n/a

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
possible.

Same here. See attached for screenshot.

MinFbook version        - 0.5.4
Chrome version          - 9 (Rockmelt 0.9.48.58)
Chrome update channel   - presumably stable.
Operating System        - Windows 7x64 Professional
Language                - English
Other Fbook extensions  - None
