It'd be great if there was an option to add a Tumblr-like button that just 
takes you to the top of the page... I find this to be a must have when using 
infinite scrolling.

this can be very useful. for now
you might use a specific extension that shows it on every websites. there are 
some of them very customizable! i use http://j.mp/iGZf04 that's very minimal 
and clean
