I was wondering if there was a way for an "upper left corner button" that would 
allow me to toggle both top and navigation in MinFB?

I won't like that, for I float sidebar but not the toolbar.

It would only appear if you select to hide both the navigation and the toolbar. 
You'd still be able to hide both independently. Just like the Google Bar and 
Header in my other extensions.
