Fetching 'noarch' platform. #81

Expected: 'keras-applications' (1.0.7) can be fetched. Actually Happened: 'keras-applications' (1.0.7) are in 'noarch', so can't be fetched with conda-mirror. (https://repo.continuum.io/pkgs/main/noarch/keras-applications-1.0.7-py_0.tar.bz2)

Needs to include noarch in DEFAULT_PLATFORMS
