Exclude cells by default #27

Hi, Great tool! Would it be possible to have an option to exclude all cells by default and only include cells that I tag with a particular tag? Because in my use case, I don't want to include most of the details and export a simplified and clean report. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

I had a similar idea: for any cell that's denoted as "code" I'd like the default to be output only. Basically, I want any option that by default hides all code but displays the rest.
