Make contexts in config pre-load #8

This will ensure all contexts pre-load and deal with any Ceramic lag issues up front.

Once they're all loaded, there are no further Ceramic calls required so it should be fast.

Closing issue.

Not a great idea as contexts can dynamically load anyway.
