Describe the bug I followed the steps in the README and was still not bale to create a Cloudflare worker. Does this method still work?

I've been trying to make this cloudflare worker work too, but to no avail. Maybe we should ping @verificatorrus ? I was successful at creating the worker and setting everything up, but the onesignalsdkworker.js loading was blocked by adblocker still
