Some database suggestions #1

This PR suggests the following modifications:

  1. Mark verified_contracts.id as the primary key. Nit, but may be helpful if any uses orms which require for the primary key to exist

  2. Nit: rename contract_deployments.txindex to contract_deployments.transaction_index for make it consistent with contract_deployments.transaction_hash
