Need to enable vtr-reg-coffe test in nightly regressions #1687

It was disabled because the golden results needed to be updated. The outdated golden results were causing spurious failures.

I think this issue/ticket has become obsolete now. Both the architecture and design used in the vtr_regcoffe test are now obsolete. They were merged into Koios benchmarks. Through the regression tasks names "koios*" under vtr_reg_nightly_test4, we have coverage of the design that was a part of vtr_reg_coffe and the architecture file as well. We can close this issue/ticket.
