In the CBC card the WBC should be first, followed by Hgb, then by Hct, then by platelets as a default.

This work is in the resource code manager class. You should be able to just reorder the clinical concepts for Complete Blood Count, White Blood Cell, and the display should automatically reflect your changes.

There should be no unit test changes (or extra coverage) needed for this--it just reflects a user preference.
