Errors with Flowstar 2.1.0

It seems that the flowstar syntax has changed, so Hyst's output no longer works.

using the current master branch, with small fixes from #43
Install flowstar 2.0.0
Run tests -> success.
Install flowstar 2.1.0

Run tests -> fail.
