Renamed vtwirp to twirp
Merged context package into the main one as Verloop can internally use it's implementation by overriding the ctx_class
Renamed go package and associated templates.
Added some details on readme.
Added an example folder.

My local python is completely broken. Can one of you test the code in examples directory and vet the changes?

@ofpiyush I tested the example server, client and added a readme along with few bug fixes. please check #13
