Your idea to place the most recent version at the top of the installation list makes perfect sense, and I will implement this in the next update.
Detecting and saving the specific Blender version used for each project is indeed challenging, but I understand its importance and will work on finding a suitable solution.
Regarding the issue with plugin version recognition, could you please navigate to the plugin's folder and send me a screenshot of its file hierarchy? This will help me better understand the problem and work towards a fix.
You will soon be able to fully manage your Blender projects within the Project Management section. However, I still need to implement a few fixes in that area, so stay tuned for the next update.
