Description of Changes

Updated the README file to provide clear instructions for contributing to the WHILE project. Added a more appealing and visually attractive layout to the README by aligning the badges and logo in the center. Added relevant emojis to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of the README. Included badges to display project statistics such as repository size, open/closed issues, forks, pull requests, stars, last commit, commit activity, and total commits. Updated the "How to Start Contributing" section to provide more detailed and comprehensive steps for contributing to the project. Added a "Feedback" section to encourage users to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
