Uploads same file repeatedly #177

After uploading a file for the first time, GWT upload seems to repeatedly 
re-upload the same file, no matter which file I pick.  Seems to happen in 
Chrome and Firefox.  I am using v0.6.4 because after upgrading to v0.6.6 my 
code stops working completely.

Any help appreciated!

I forgot to run "removeSessionFileItems(request);"...my bad
