Where is the default styles.css?

I just want to add Consolas to the font list, as SiaB using Lucida Console on 
Windows machines causes some problems, as it does not behave like a fixed width 
font for some reason.

Would I have to edit the source code to make this change, if there is no actual 
CSS file (I have searched for it)?

I added the font css rule to both the monochrome and colour terminal style 
sheets and it is working now, but if I could edit styles.css instead, it would 
be neater.
