Password characters echoed back #188

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access shellinaboxd from Web browser (configured so that it uses SSH to 
access a VM's login console).
2. Enter username and password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Password characters should not be echoed back to the user, but they are being 
echoed back.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.14-1 of the Debian package.

Please provide any additional information below.
Using Chrome on OSX to access shelinaboxd.
