Shift-Tab Interpreted As Tab #60

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start a program that uses shift-tab, such as tab completion in vim
2. press shift-tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When tabbing through options in a tab completion mode, I expect shift-tab to 
move the selection 
backward. Instead, the shift-tab press gets interpreted as a normal tab press.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This may not be an issue. I'm not actually sure if vim should be handling 
shift-tab. The correct command is 
actually C-n/C-p. Sorry about that!
