RPM build script #79

Attached you find the following files:

- shellinabox.spec: Proposed SPEC file to create an RPM package.
- shellinabox.init: Proposed init file to start/stop shellinaboxd
  on RHEL/CentOS/Fedora Linux
- shellinabox.conf: Proposed config file, used by the above init script.

See related issue https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=619228 for 
getting this into the Fedora standard packaging system.

For the record: As of, at least, Fedora 19, shellinabox is now available as an 
RPM package with the distribution.
