Add my titanic prediction (based on title of passengers) to the Kaggle Contest List #15

@topspinj Thanks for the contribution! Can you please give suitable names to your ipython notebooks and have them in the root TitanicSurvivalPrediction folder instead of having it in checkpoints folder?
