Update the documentation #220

magithub.org should be up-to-date with all current features documented.

The addition of RelNotes will make this easier going forward, but there's a lot of catch-up to do. Before each release, I plan to take the release note draft and incorporate it into magithub.org.

We should probably also switch to the format used by magit (ox-texinfo+). Details are on this magit wiki: https://github.com/magit/magit/wiki/Documentation-tools-and-conventions
