Would be nice to be able to org-store-link to a PR, issue, comment

Would you want to store the link as http:// or some custom protocol (e.g., github:agzam/spacehammer@github.com? http:// might make more sense, but it'll be a bit more complicated (I think?).

I think http:// original repo link is better and make sense.
