Funds Display #18

Requirement 3.4.5.1: [The money] display must include a label saying "Funds: " followed by the amount of money the player currently has.

Comments: The display does not currently say funds. Also, putting a '$' in front of all of the money symbols would be a good general thing to do. But is not required.
