I'm a writer of another TFHE implemenation for CPU,(https://github.com/virtualsecureplatform/TFHEpp) and forked this for our project.(https://github.com/virtualsecureplatform/cuFHE)

If you are talking about running a test, just make and run test_api_gpu.
