Adds docs explaining how to create multiple users in same password file #83

I felt current docs doesn't make it intuitive enough to explain that the vmq_passwd can easily create multiple users.

The current docs give the impression that the only supported flags are -c -cf -D -U.

@ioolkos Hey, strangely the build for GitBook seems to be failing on this . not sure the changes had anything to do with that .

@Saiprakashreddy14 All I can see in the GitBook backend is that it had an "Unexpected error". No clues given why. I don't think it's related to your edits.
