使用Trojan节点时的疑似Bug #1277

最新版v0.42.02旁路由模式下，Trojan节点需要在openclash成功启动一段时间后才能ping通及使用，不能使用前如果使用Openwrt内置的网络诊断工具去ping该Trojan节点是无法解析域名的。

设备型号：Nanopi R2S 系统：Openwrt 18.06（ImmortalWrt源码）

补充：似乎这个不止是trojan的bug，即使切换可用节点，某些出国应用或者网站也是不能打开
