No readings at matins or oratio for 3 and 5 Jan. (1960 rubrics)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At all hours, the text "Oratio missing" appears in place of the oratio. At 
matins, there are no readings, just "Tu autem..."

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to be due to an error in the rank, which is 1.1 for these days, but 
1.2 for Jan 4, which does have readings and an oratio. The attached tarball 
corrects the rank to 1.2 for Jan 2, 3, and 5.

I also changed the base office for Jan 5 to 01-01, to be consistent with the 
other days.
