What steps will reproduce the problem?
http://divinumofficium.com/cgi-bin/horas/Pofficium.pl?date1=1-9-2012&command=pra
yMatutinum&version=Rubrics%201960&testmode=regular&lang2=English&votive=

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The readings should be from 1 Cor 2. Instead, they are from 1 Cor 1.

Please provide any additional information below.
Even though the correct value appears for tempora at the top of the output
("Feria II infra Hebdomadam I post Epiphaniam"), and Tempora/Epi1-1 contains
the correct readings, the program is incorrectly taking the readings from
Tempora/Epi1-0a. In the 1960 rubrics, these readings are never used and do not
appear in the breviary.

1-10-2011 has the correct readings for matins, so the problem seems confined to
1-9-2011.

If you search the source code for "0a", you'll find two lines each in
horas/specials.pl and horas/horascommon.pl where there is some special handling
involving Epi1-0a. I suspect the problem is in the former file.

This might be related to the scripture transfer logic. The relevant table
(web/www/horas/Latin/Tabulae/Str19602012.txt) has an entry for this day
referring to Epi1-0a. I'll look into it.
