Have separate entries in the calendar for office and Mass #149

Sometimes, only one of the office and Mass differs between different sets of 
rubrics, with the other being unchanged. In the current system, if we provide a 
separate file for one, we must also do so for the other, leading to redundancy; 
specifying Mass and office separately (at least optionally) would avoid this.

This would maybe best be done as part of, or prior to, issue 129.
