The oratio for the commemoration of martyrs appears in Latin even in English column #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
http://divinumofficium.com/cgi-bin/horas/Pofficium.pl?command=prayLaudes&date1=9
-8-2012&version=Rubrics%201960

The problem also occurs on several other days with commemorations of one or
more martyrs: 8-6-2012, 9-15-2012, 9-22-2012, 11-10-2012, 11-9-2012.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the English column, after the antiphon and versus of the commemoration in
English, the oratio appears in Latin.

I suspect that the merge of the languages branch is to blame, but I don't have
an easy way of proving it.

I did some bisecting. The bug was introduced in the languages branch by r477
(i.e. the first time new code was committed to that branch). It was never fixed
in that branch, and was introduced into the trunk when the languages branch was
merged (r707).

Nevertheless, the problem is not the fault of the code in the languages branch,
but is caused by inconsistent data. Latin/Sancti/09-08.txt has the
commemoration in a [Commemoratio 2] section, whereas the English and Magyar
have it in [Commemoratio]. The other files presumably have similar issues. I
will prepare a tarball to correct this.

The attached tarball fixes all of the commemorations noted above. In every
case, the Latin had [Commemoratio 2] instead of [Commemoratio]. It also
restores corrections to Latin/Sancti/10-24.txt which were lost in the merge
with 10-24r.txt, and corrects the spelling and grammar of the commemoration of
{English,Magyar}/Sancti/09-08.txt.
