Typos in recenf offices

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. The chapter at laudes on 07-30 begins "V. Nox praecessit." Instead of a V., 
the data file should contain a lower case v so that the N will be rendered in a 
larger font.
2. 08-01, there is a typo, "Prsesidi" in place of "Praesidi" in the martyrology.
3. 08-02, the readng for St. Alphonsus at matins has "ecclesiam gubernandum" in 
place of "ecclesiam gubernandam." (-um instead of -am).

Please provide any additional information below.
The fixes are in the attached tarball.
