II cl. feria should commemorated at Lauds of a II cl. feast. Notably, the 
occurrence on 9-21-2013 between St Matthew and the Ember Saturday is handled 
correctly. Probably an artefact of the rankings of the Ember Days. I'll handle 
this sometime before the event.
