What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Although it is chronologically the third Sunday, the readings for the IV Sunday 
are to be used, as the rubric (preceding the III Sunday) in the breviary 
indicates: the III Sunday is skipped when it falls on 18-21 October inclusive.

Obviously, the title of this issue should read "21 Oct", since 20 Oct is 
Saturday.
